Job Summary:

The Material Master Specialist plays a key role in optimizing business processes, product lifecycle management, and strategic decision-making by ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across supply chain, procurement, finance, and production functions within SAP HANA.

  • Creation of new material codes in various depots with HSN Code, Shipping point, planned price, standard cost for various materials in depots/plant across India.
  • Maintenance of high-quality material master data and handling of Master data maintenance for Material Master Data.
  • Utilization of SAP MDO Tool to create new Code VERP, ROH, HAWA codes for enhanced data quality.
  • Worked on Service now ticketing tool and MDO Tools and Workflow Testing for Material Creation, extension, and Change.
  • Material Master Change activity, Material Availability check in system, Material Stock Checking and stock transfer.
  • Material Transferred by MIGO.
  • Training to end users about Material Activities like creation, change, extension.
  • Provision of production data to create mater data, BOM, Routing, and WorkCentre through BDC Report.
  • Execution of tasks as per the assigned role and understanding of business exigency to support business operations by working extended hours.
  • Preparation of various MDM MIS and DASHBOARD on daily/weekly basis.
  • Adherence to the timeline as per defined SLA for respective activities.
  • Proficiency in SAP ECC/HANA is mandatory.
