Job Title: Data Governance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in master data management and a proven track record of implementing successful solutions.

About the Role

The Data Governance Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting master data management solutions within our finance and enterprise data management systems. Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and configuring master data management solutions for finance and enterprise data management.
  • Managing hierarchies, metadata, and dimensions across multiple modules (Consolidation, Planning, Reporting).
  • Collaborating with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure data governance and compliance.
  • Designing and implementing data integration processes with upstream/downstream systems (ERP, BI, Data Warehouse).
  • Troubleshooting and resolving MDM-related issues within our environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3–7 years of overall EPM/CPM experience, with 2+ years in master data management.
  • Strong understanding of master data management, metadata, and hierarchy maintenance.
  • Hands-on experience with our Consolidation, Planning, and Reporting modules is a plus.
  • Experience integrating our system with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of SQL, ETL, and data integration tools.
