Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Master Data Management Specialist.

This position involves setting up customer, employee, and vendor master data, as well as data and process mapping, audits, and assessments. The successful candidate will also be responsible for dealing with escalated client queries, managing dashboards for monthly and quarterly audits, and ensuring that data is maintained to a high standard of accuracy and within defined SLA's.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of core MDM experience, proficiency in English language skills, and strong knowledge of computer operating systems and database technology, especially Microsoft packages.

They will also be process-driven, methodical, with a strong attention to detail and desire to achieve a high standard of work, with good administrative, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable working in a dynamic, high-volume, fast-paced environment, with excellent support for customer service objectives.
