Job Title: Data Management Specialist

Job Summary:

A highly skilled professional is sought to lead the design, implementation and support of master data management solutions within a cutting-edge technology platform. The successful candidate will ensure accurate, consistent and reliable master data across financial consolidation, reporting and planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and configure advanced data management solutions for finance and enterprise data governance.
  • Manage complex hierarchies, metadata and dimensions across multiple modules (Consolidation, Planning, Reporting).
  • Collaborate with finance, IT and business stakeholders to drive data governance and compliance initiatives.
  • Design and implement data integration processes with upstream/downstream systems (ERP, BI, Data Warehouse).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex MDM-related issues within the Tagetik environment.
  • Document best practices, provide user training and support.

Requirements:

Qualifications:
  • 5–10 years of overall EPM/CPM experience, with 3+ years in advanced data management.
  • Strong understanding of master data management, metadata and hierarchy maintenance.
  • Hands-on experience with data governance tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent knowledge of SQL, ETL and data integration tools.
  • Proven problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of finance processes (consolidation, planning, forecasting).
  • Experience working in global delivery or consulting environments.
  • Advanced certifications in data management and governance.
