Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement Database Solutions: Develop and implement database solutions that improve efficiency over the long term.
  • Master Data Management (MDM) Expertise: Develop and maintain the Analytics data warehouse and Master Data Management system, leveraging data from various internal applications and data vendors.
  • Technical Solution Design: Contribute to the design and development of technical solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Data Accuracy and Consistency: Establish and track data accuracy, completeness, and consistency within the data warehouse & MDM system.
  • Expertise in Standard Languages: Utilize expertise in standard analytical, reporting, and programming languages, such as SQL, Alteryx, Informatica, Python, R, and Stored Procedure.
  • Drive Tool Adoption: Drive the adoption of data management and reporting tools for business users.
  • Deliver Data Sets and Views: Deliver data sets, views, and automated reporting to stakeholders on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications:

  • Professional Experience: Professional work experience in Master Data Management, with hands-on experience with Master Data Management platforms preferred.
  • Enterprise-level Knowledge: Knowledge of Enterprise-level Master Data Management platforms, such as Reltio MDM, Informatica MDM, Veeva Network, etc.
  • MDM Trends and Awareness: Awareness of MDM trends, MDM Concepts, and other technologies in the market.
  • Data Profiling and Analysis: Demonstrated experience in data profiling, data modeling, and data analysis to support business requirements.
  • High SQL Proficiency: High proficiency with the SQL language and database management.
  • ETL and Visualization Tools: Good understanding of ETL, analytics, and visualization tools like Informatica, Alteryx, Power BI, Python, Excel, and Tableau.
