Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Data Operations Specialist. This role involves processing static data maintenance and responding to customer queries.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in banking operations, and knowledge of MS-Office. A bachelor's degree is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process static data maintenance requests from customers.
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Meet daily deliverables with a high level of timeliness and accuracy.
  • Ensure all deliverables are completed within the given timelines.
  • Review processes regularly and provide suggestions for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Banking Operations or Static Data function.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Possess knowledge and experience of working on MS-Office.
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Understanding of international payments systems like SWIFT, CHIPS, and FED.
  • Ability to work in any shifts, including night shifts.
  • Effective teamwork and workload management skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
