Master Data Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Master Data Cleansing projects focused on MRO (masters such as Materials, Services, Assets, Vendors, equipment etc). The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring high data quality standards, managing client relationships, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and in line with agreed objectives.
The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and optimal project outcomes. Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Define project milestones and deliverables, and track progress against plan.
- Manage project risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with methodologies and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in data management or data cleansing projects.
- Strong understanding of Various Master (services, materials, assets, vendors, equipment etc.) Data in ERP systems.
- Experience working with US, Europe customers. Industries focused are Manufacturing, Chemicals, Food and Beverages, Mining, Energy.
- Experience with similar MDM platforms.
- Experience in data governance and data quality initiatives.
