Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive experience in Revenue Operations and HubSpot implementation, with a proven track record of managing complex setups across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
This is not a simple installation or setup; it's about tackling complex implementations, enabling integrations, fixing revenue leakages, and ensuring clients get the return on investment they expect.
- Lead end-to-end HubSpot implementations across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
- Configure lead scoring models, lifecycle stages, and advanced lead routing.
- Map revenue processes and build scalable workflows and automations.
- Implement integrations with other platforms (CRM, billing, product, CS, warehouses).
- Audit funnels and pipelines to identify and close revenue leakages.
- Build real-time dashboards for attribution, forecasting, and growth tracking.
- Manage data governance (properties, objects, workflows) within HubSpot.
- Collaborate with go-to-market teams to roll out a holistic Revenue Operations framework for clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need 3-6 years of hands-on Revenue Operations and HubSpot implementation experience, as well as analytical skills to identify and fix revenue leaks.
Bonus Points: if you have exposure to Salesforce, Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, or similar platforms.
