Creative Visual Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our GTM team with exceptional design input.
This is a remote, full-time position that requires a skilled graphic designer with a strong understanding of design principles, composition, color theory, typography, responsive and adaptive design, accessibility standards, and performance optimization.
Responsibilities
- Support the GTM team with creative design solutions for marketing and sales collateral, including product and service decks, print design, website design elements, social media graphics, email templates, and digital ads.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in graphic and web design, ideally in the B2B tech product/service space.
- Solid understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other design tools like Figma, Miro, Canva Pro, and Google Slides/Presentation.
- Strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills, with the ability to convey design thinking clearly and push back on ideas when necessary.
