This role uses corporate, product strategy, and operational constraints to deliver incentive compensation plans that drive desirable behaviour and performance. The associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams for goal setting, IC design, and implementation, utilizing SQL and advanced Excel skills to analyze sales data and support field reporting.

We require:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years experience in commercial operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel.
  • Knowledge of call planning and targeting methodologies.
  • Sound understanding of IC plans and admin concepts.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and minimum of 3+ years experience in commercial operations within the pharmaceutical industry. Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel is also required, along with knowledge of call planning and targeting methodologies.

A sound understanding of IC plans and admin concepts is necessary, as well as good analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and presentation skills are also essential for success in this role.
