As a Senior Incentive Compensation Associate, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing effective incentive compensation strategies that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement optimal incentive compensation plans that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics using advanced SQL and Excel skills to generate insightful reports for sales operations and management.
  • Develop targeted call planning strategies by leveraging data-driven insights and market intelligence to optimize sales force effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of commercial operations, incentive compensation design, and sales force automation tools. A bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry are required.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Life Sciences, etc.).
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial operations within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on IC design and operations or call plan and targeting.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Knowledge of call planning and targeting methodologies, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize sales force effectiveness.
  • Sound understanding of IC plans and admin concepts, Goal Setting, and IC Health Check to support client with Sales ops activities.
  • Experience with sales force automation tools and systems.
  • Good understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, highly motivated and good work ethic.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Desirable Skills
  • Proficiency in Tableau/ Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
  • Experience with Alteryx for data blending and advanced analytics.
  • Familiarity with SAS/Python for statistical analysis and modelling.
