Dynamic Account Growth Professional

We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Customer Success Manager to drive engagement, retention, and account growth.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for our key clients, owning and managing relationships to build strong rapport and long-term trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning and managing relationships with key accounts to identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Serving as the first point of contact for any client issues, ensuring quick resolution and seamless communication.
  • Driving client engagement by delivering regular check-ins, presentations, and performance reviews.
  • Maintaining close relationships with internal teams (product, tech, sales) to align solutions with client needs.
  • Analyzing data to provide actionable insights to clients and contribute to strategic planning and client retention initiatives.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing roles.
  • Prior experience in finance, fintech, or investment management is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage key client relationships, drive account growth, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Strong data analytics skills - comfortable working with dashboards, interpreting data, and using insights to influence strategy and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven success in managing multiple accounts and balancing diverse stakeholder needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
