About the Role

We're seeking a driven Product & Growth Marketer to bridge product, growth, and user experiences. This role requires a deep understanding of users, turning insight into action through compelling narratives and data-driven experiments.

  • Develop and execute growth strategies across the entire funnel from onboarding to retention and referrals.
  • Raise brand awareness through paid marketing campaigns with a focus on ROI and CAC:LTV.
  • Create high-converting copy for landing pages, WhatsApp, and in-product journeys.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align GTM, messaging, and conversion strategy.
  • Utilize AI tools to scale creative production, personalize communication, and automate campaigns.
  • Analyze funnel and cohort data to identify drop-offs, run A/B tests, and optimize results.
What We're Looking For
  • A doer with a bias to action who can turn insights into plans and execute without waiting for hand-holding.
  • Experience in growth/product marketing roles at high-velocity B2C startups with a focus on funnel obsession.
  • A strong understanding of users, especially aspiring professionals in India's Tier 1–3 landscape.
  • Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, Synthesia, etc., and their applications in growth marketing.
  • The ability to thrive in ambiguity, love solving problems, and think like a mini-founder.
