Identity and Access Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to support, maintain, and enhance our Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve level 2 issues, implement minor enhancements, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the IAM platform.
  • Handle level 2 support tickets, troubleshoot, and resolve SailPoint IdentityIQ issues efficiently.
  • Develop, modify, and maintain SailPoint workflows, rules, and connectors to optimize performance.
  • Monitor IAM platform performance and perform routine health checks to prevent downtime.
  • Collaborate with level 3 teams for escalations and complex problem resolution to deliver timely solutions.
  • Support user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews to ensure secure access management.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, processes, and fixes to facilitate knowledge sharing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least three years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ development and operations.
  • Proficiency in Java, Beanshell, XML, and SailPoint APIs to leverage technical expertise.
  • Experience in IAM operations, including incident, change, and problem management to ensure effective issue resolution.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex problems quickly.
  • Knowledge of IT security and compliance best practices to ensure data protection.
