Job Title: Identity and Access Management Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to support, maintain, and enhance our Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform. The ideal candidate will have operational expertise and be responsible for resolving Level 2 issues, implementing minor enhancements, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle Level 2 support tickets, troubleshoot, and resolve IAM platform issues.
  • Develop, modify, and maintain SailPoint workflows, rules, and connectors.
  • Monitor IAM platform performance and perform routine health checks.
  • Collaborate with Level 3 teams for escalations and complex problem resolution.
  • Support user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and fixes.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 3 plus years of hands-on experience with SailPoint development and operations.
  • Proficiency in Java, Beanshell, XML, and SailPoint APIs.
  • Experience in IAM operations, including incident, change, and problem management.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of IT security and compliance best practices.
