Advanced Identity Security Specialist

As a senior identity security specialist, you will lead the migration project from legacy Multi-Factor Authentication systems to modern cloud-based solutions, ensuring seamless transition and enhanced user experience. You will serve as a subject matter expert on advanced identity security technologies, particularly authentication protocols, access control models, and threat intelligence.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement comprehensive identity security strategies that align with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Solution Development: Develop and deploy secure multi-factor authentication solutions that meet the evolving needs of the organization, incorporating risk-based authentication, behavioral biometrics, and adaptive policies.
  • Policy Enforcement: Enforce robust identity security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigate insider threats.
  • Risk Management: Conduct thorough risk assessments related to identity and access management, identifying vulnerabilities and proposing remediation strategies to minimize exposure.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in identity and access management, with a focus on advanced multi-factor authentication solutions.
  • Proven experience in working with financial institutions, understanding regulatory compliance, and security requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with leading MFA technologies, including risk-based authentication, behavioral biometrics, and adaptive policies.
  • Strong knowledge of identity protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) and enterprise security frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
