Job Title: Sailpoint Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking a skilled professional to design, implement and maintain identity solutions using SailPoint software.
  • The successful candidate will develop automated deployment pipelines for SailPoint configurations, connectors and workflows across development, testing and production environments.
  • They will build custom integrations with enterprise systems, APIs and identity protocols using scripting languages like Java, BeanShell, JavaScript or Shell.
  • The engineer will author secure code for rule, workflow and report logic, monitor and support SailPoint environments with incident response, performance tuning and proactive alerting.
  • Collaboration across teams is essential to gather requirements, deliver secure IAM capabilities and ensure governance and compliance alignment.
Core Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Identity & Access Management, with hands-on practice building and operating SailPoint solutions.
  • Proven experience in CI/CD and DevOps practices, implementing automated pipelines to support code migration and deployments.
  • Technical fluency in scripting and development, integration with directory services, cloud platforms and APIs, as well as solid knowledge of IAM lifecycle processes.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication and adaptability skills, underpinned by strong personal qualities.
