Business Analyst: Discover and Deliver

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. As a key member, you will be responsible for manual discovery of Identity Provider (IDP) and API Gateway usage across our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members and application teams globally to gather data and document API credential lifecycles.
  • Lead the manual discovery process to identify integrations and build an accurate inventory of IDP/API usage.
  • Use questionnaires to capture details on authentication methods, credential lifecycles, and governance gaps.
  • Document how API credentials and authentication lifecycles are managed across applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge in IT Information Security.
  • Good understanding of IAM control reviews and user access administration models.
  • Experience in IAM projects, particularly around IDP and API security.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and data gathering capabilities.
  • Ability to conduct manual discovery and engage stakeholders effectively.
