Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Identity and Access Management professional to join our team. As an IAM specialist, you will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting identity environments using various technologies, including Radiant Logic, Oracle Unified Directory, Active Directory, and LDAP.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement identity management solutions using Radiant Logic's platform.
  • Integrate and synchronize data from AD and LDAP directories into Radiant Logic's virtual directory.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to identity synchronization, data flow, and directory services.
  • Configure and optimize the Radiant Logic platform to meet customer-specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver identity solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Identify security vulnerabilities and perform risk assessments.
  • SUPPORT AND TROUBLESHOOT PRODUCTION INFRASTRUCTURE.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of information security experience or experience in working with information security products/platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with identity synchronization, virtual directory services, and federation.
  • Platform familiarization with Microsoft Windows Servers, IIS, Critical services etc.
  • Basic SQL administration and query skills, familiarity with MS SQL, Oracle, MySQL database platforms.
  • Knowledge and work experience with the Change Management process and tools.
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting production infrastructure.
  • Incident and Change Management Experience is a must (Service Now preferred).
