Visual Identity Specialist

We're seeking an experienced Visual Brand Language Owner to craft and maintain our visual identity across various platforms.

  • Lead the creation of our visual brand language, turning abstract ideas into polished designs that shape how we are perceived.
  • Contribute to and evolve our brand system, ensuring consistency and delight at every touchpoint.
  • Collaborate with product marketers, content creators, and designers to bring stories to life through visual experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Design campaign and product launch assets across formats.
  • Develop on-brand visual systems: templates, illustrations, icon libraries, and scalable design kits.
  • Work closely with the content team to design compelling blog imagery, infographics, reports, and social media templates.
  • Support internal initiatives, including event branding, printed collateral, and swag when needed.
  • Maintain quality and consistency across all visual outputs through structured design reviews and high standards.

Requirements:

  • 6–8 years of experience in visual, graphic, or brand design in a fast-paced company.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, brand systems, strategic thinking, layout, typography, and identity design.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality work efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Canva, and other industry-standard tools.
