Brand Development Specialist

We are seeking a creative and skilled Brand Development Specialist to join our Product Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Branding: Develop and maintain our visual identity across all channels (website, decks, campaigns, and digital presence).
  • Marketing Design: Create compelling visuals for product marketing initiatives (launches, comparison pages, sales enablement decks, infographics, case studies).
  • Social Media: Design engaging graphics, carousels, and visuals optimized for social media platforms.
  • Creative Storytelling: Collaborate with the PMM team to translate narratives into visually striking campaigns.
  • Motion/Video (Bonus): Edit short-form video content (social snippets, product teasers, customer stories) to elevate our brand presence.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology companies.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand building and consistency across multiple formats.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with design for social media marketing and digital campaigns.
  • Ability to balance creativity with business objectives in fast-paced GTM and PMM environments.
  • Strong eye for typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
  • Bonus: Experience with video editing/motion graphics (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
