The ideal candidate will drive the creative direction of Namshi, mentoring a talented team of designers and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver engaging visuals.

This role is responsible for defining and driving Namshi's design vision, ensuring brand aesthetics are consistent across all platforms.

  • Creative Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive design strategy that aligns with Namshi's brand identity.
  • Campaign Development: Conceptualize and oversee 360° creative campaigns, from ideation to execution.
  • Team Management: Lead and inspire a team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities to foster growth and innovation.
  • Photoshoot Direction: Oversee photoshoots with a creative lens, ensuring alignment with the brand's voice and visual identity.
  • Design Execution: Deliver high-quality designs using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, UX, Content, and Product teams to ensure design solutions are aligned with business goals and customer experience.
