Identity Governance Expert

Our team is seeking an expert in Identity Governance to join our Cyber: Identity Team. This individual will build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients to exceed client expectations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Integrating SailPoint with core systems such as ServiceNow, Active Directory, LDAP, PAM, and other identified applications.
  • Delivering IGA processes including recertification, joiner/mover/leaver (JML), access request, segregation of duties, and role-based access control (RBAC).
  • Configuring connectors to onboard applications, utilizing out-of-the-box connectors like Web Service, JDBC, RACF/ACF2 and custom options.
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive access policies and rules within SailPoint to enforce access controls and mitigate risks.
  • Designing and implementing automated workflows and lifecycle management processes to streamline identity lifecycle events and improve efficiency.
  • Communicating and demonstrating SailPoint's capabilities to stakeholders.
  • Creating and maintaining insightful reports and audit trails to monitor identity and access activities and demonstrate compliance.
  • Collaborating with security teams to identify and address potential vulnerabilities and threats related to identity and access management.

This role requires a strong understanding of application onboarding and migration processes within the SailPoint platform.

Requirements
  • A minimum bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum 4 years of professional work experience in Identity and Access Governance (IAG) domain and SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Deep expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ platform, including advanced configuration, customization, and development.
  • In-depth knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) principles, frameworks, and industry best practices.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
