Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical proficiency in Cobol, JCL, CICS, VSAM, DB2, and other mainframe tools
  • Proven experience working with USA-based clients in the life insurance domain
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodology and its application in project management
  • LOMA certifications are highly valued but not required
