Job Overview

We seek an experienced content specialist to create high-quality, informative content for marketing materials, including website pages, landing pages, blog posts, email campaigns, and social media posts. The ideal candidate will conduct thorough research on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to deliver accurate and up-to-date content resonating with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling content that addresses the challenges of retail brands in the e-commerce space and positions our products as the ideal choice.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and design, to gather information, insights, and feedback for content creation.
  • Review and edit content for grammar, clarity, style, and accuracy, ensuring a consistent brand voice and tone across all materials.
  • Build a deep understanding of the product and the company's unique differentiators.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and learn new technologies to enhance content quality.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Economics, Commerce, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a B2B content writer (2-3 years), preferably in the media or print, with a strong portfolio of published work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to adapt writing styles for different formats and target audiences.
  • In-depth knowledge of content marketing principles, SEO best practices, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong research skills to gather information from various sources and translate complex e-commerce concepts into clear and compelling content.
  • Ability to write in a reporting style format.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated and proactive mindset, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and learning new technologies.
  • Interest to work based out of our Kochi office.

Estimated Salary: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum
