Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable receivable and general ledger entries.
  • Assist in preparation of financial statements management information systems MIS reports and monthly closing activities.
  • Evaluate compliance with statutory requirements including Goods and Services Tax GST Tax Deducted at Source TDS Provident Fund PF Employees' State Insurance ESI and Professional Tax.
  • Support internal and external audits ensuring timely completion with accurate documentation.
  • Handle reconciliations including bank vendor customer and inter-company reconciliations.
  • Assist in budgeting forecasting and cost analysis.
  • Monitor working capital including receivables follow-up and vendor payments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth financial processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant CA Inter with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards taxation and compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software ERP systems preferably SAP or Tally.
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
