Senior Financial Professional

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Professional to join our organization. This role will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and support to business leaders.

The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in finance, with a strong background in accounting, analysis, and financial reporting. They should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to partner with cross-functional teams.

The Senior Financial Professional will be responsible for:

  • Providing day-to-day accounting and general ledger analysis
  • MIS Reports (Revenue & Customer Invoicing, Month End Closure, Cash Flow, Customer Ageing & Collections, Vendor Aging & Payments, FD, Depreciation, etc.)
  • Preparing financial statements, accounting, and tax processes
  • Reporting to controlling entities outside India
  • Dealing with audit processes (Statutory, Transfer Pricing, Tax)
  • Understanding SEZ regulation and GST Regulation

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of key business drivers, provide value-add analysis, and support business leaders/finance management. They will also be responsible for owning expenses forecast for the business group using trend analysis/KPI reviews for better P&L management.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in finance
  • MBA/CA Intermediate/ICWAI Intermediate - Finance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical abilities and client handling skills
  • Ability to partner and manage cross-functional teams
  • Tally/MS Office proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in financials preparation, monthly books closure & review activities, MIS preparation, review, etc.
  • Good working knowledge in IND AS and IFRS
