About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale, high-impact programs within our organization.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, leveraging technical expertise to drive successful project outcomes
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects/programs, ensuring timely and smooth launches
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with engineering and product management leaders to drive strategic objectives
  • Drive teams and individuals in planning and executing roadmaps, releases, and work backlogs
  • Foster cross-team alignment on goals, priorities, roadmap, schedules, communications, and releases to all stakeholders
  • Provide reporting on project status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans

Requirements
  • 8+ years of full-time technical program management experience within an engineering or technical team
  • B.S./B.A. degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple major and concurrent projects/programs
  • Demonstrated success driving the development program of world-class online products
  • Significant experience working with software engineering leadership, technical teams, individual contributors, and external clients
  • Knowledge of complex technical ecosystems and adequate technical depth
