Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (710 years) to lead complex platform engineering initiatives across multiple teams. The role requires a blend of technical depth, program management expertise, and strong stakeholder management to ensure seamless delivery of critical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive program planning, execution, and governance across concurrent workstreams.
  • Lead agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management.
  • Coordinate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to align objectives and resolve dependencies.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies while ensuring transparent communication to leadership.
  • Support platform modernization, cloud migrations, CI/CD adoption, and operational excellence initiatives.

Skills & Experience:

  • 8–12 years in technical program management within software engineering environments.
  • Strong understanding of agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum of Scrums, etc.) and program governance.
  • Technical background in software development, system architecture, or platform engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Relevant certifications (PMP, SAFe, CSM) a plus.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, microservices, and DevOps practices.
