Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage recruitment through job portals, creating screening questionnaires, and utilizing Excel-based candidate tracking expertise.
- Client HRC or Compliance Portals: Achieve NOC by managing client HRC or compliance portals with advanced Excel proficiency and deep understanding of PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
- High-Level Client Meetings: Represent the company in high-level client meetings about HR-related functions, showcasing strong communication and presentation skills.
- Labor Law Changes: Monitor and implement labor law changes with in-depth knowledge of central and state labor laws.
- Labor License Portfolio: Manage labor license portfolio with thorough knowledge of labor laws and experience with labor department officials.
- HR KPIs: Prepare and track HR KPIs with data analysis skills, dashboard creation abilities, and monthly reporting capabilities.
- Employee Grievance Management: Handle employee grievances with 72-hour resolution framework, crisis management skills, and employee relations expertise.
- New Employee Onboarding & Performance Management: Implement new employee onboarding and performance management with induction program management, documentation expertise, training capabilities, and company culture orientation skills.
- Payroll Management: Oversee payroll management with understanding of attendance systems, payroll processing knowledge, and statutory deduction expertise.
- Site Compliance Management: Ensure site compliance management with experience in handling statutory audits, knowledge of site-specific requirements, and audit documentation expertise.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional teams for employee lifecycle data with process optimization skills, understanding of operational constraints, stakeholder management expertise, and ability to design efficient data collection systems.
We estimate the salary range for this position to be around $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
