About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Strategic Human Resources Director to head our HR and payroll processes department. This position involves interaction with clients, requiring excellent communication skills and experience in facility management.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications.
Job Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment through job portals, client HRC or compliance portals, and representing the company in high-level client meetings about HR-related functions. They will also monitor and implement labor law changes, manage labor license portfolios, prepare and track HR KPIs, employee grievance management, new employee onboarding & Performance Management, payroll management, site compliance management, cross-functional coordination for employee lifecycle data, represent company in statutory authority disputes, and employee welfare management.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, labor laws, etc.), proficiency in LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals, advanced Excel proficiency, deep understanding of PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements, strong communication and presentation skills, professional demeanor, executive presence, strategic thinking, and in-depth knowledge of central and state labor laws.
