Job Opportunity

As a Civil Construction Manager, you will oversee the daily site activities to ensure that all work is executed according to drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards.

  • You will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to achieve seamless project execution.
  • You will optimize resources such as manpower, materials, and machinery to enhance efficiency.
  • You will prioritize timely completion of project milestones according to the schedule.
  • You will maintain accurate site records including daily progress reports, material usage, and work measurement.
  • You will assist in preparing bar bending schedules, measurement sheets, and work bills.
  • You will conduct quality checks for concrete, steel, shuttering, finishing works, etc.
  • You will ensure compliance with industry codes, company standards, and safety norms.
  • You will solve site-related technical issues in coordination with project managers and consultants.
  • You will foster effective communication with the project team, clients, and management.

Key Skills Required

  • Detailed knowledge of construction methods and standards
  • Proficiency in reading drawings and specifications
  • Experience with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning tools (desirable)
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Flexibility to work at various project sites across Tamil Nadu

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in civil engineering related to site design, land development, and land use permitting
  • Experience with AutoCAD
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and design skills
