Are you a proactive and experienced leader seeking a new challenge? We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee site operations, ensure flawless execution, and deliver results across multiple locations.Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to lead end-to-end project execution from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of coordinating with site teams to ensure timely execution of sites, monitoring on-site work quality, safety, and adherence to client specifications, and traveling to project sites as necessary to oversee execution and resolve challenges.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage project teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely material dispatch and availability.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, track progress, and mitigate delays to ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Ensure adequate manpower, machinery, and material availability for each site.
Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, and 5-8 years of proven experience in project or operations management, preferably in construction/industrial domains.Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in high-value industrial projects.
  • Familiarity with cutting-edge project and operations management practices.
Operations & Coordination:
  • Manage site operations remotely and provide clear guidance to site supervisors.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflows.
Planning & Resource Management:
  • Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and track expenses against targets.
  • Forecast resource requirements and allocate efficiently.
Compliance & Safety:
  • Ensure all operations comply with statutory, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Conduct periodic safety audits and enforce company policies at sites.
