Job Title:

Site ManEx Manager

  • Develop and drive the implementation of site-wide efficiency strategies for IMFL packaging hall & departmental level.
  • As part of the site leadership team, set objectives and priorities and lead process improvement initiatives for the department.
  • Maintain alignment between all parts of the site's supply chain by coordinating all departments to work together in deployment of site-wide efficiency programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert coaching and guidance to operational teams on loss reduction and waste minimization.
  • Participate in and lead as required process improvement projects using structured methodologies.
  • Develop targeted manufacturing performance enhancement initiatives to optimize cost, eliminate waste and improve operational agility.

Team Communication & Engagement:

  • Implement regular communication cycles to drive engagement and momentum of site-wide efficiency initiatives.
  • Support Task Forces and Shift Based teams in their deployment of site-wide efficiency programs through regular meetings and communication of activities.
  • Define and establish the site leadership team's schedule to support and lead deployment of site-wide efficiency initiatives.
