Job Description:

As a Business Development Manager at Pertinax Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for driving sales revenue growth for designated regions and teams. Your key objectives will include achieving sales targets, identifying and tapping into new enterprise opportunities for the VFConnect product line, and providing leadership to sales teams. You will report directly to the VP Sales & Presales and must have prior corporate sales experience, particularly in channel/reseller management. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate proven leadership skills to drive sales teams effectively. The ideal location for this role is in Noida, Pune, or Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve sales revenue targets for designated regions and teams.
2. Identify and tap into new enterprise opportunities for the VFConnect product line.
3. Provide leadership to sales teams and drive sales growth.
4. Collaborate with the VP Sales & Presales to develop and implement sales strategies.

Requirements:
1. MBA/PGDM (Marketing) degree or equivalent.
2. 3-5 years of corporate sales experience, preferably in channel/reseller management.
3. Proven leadership skills to drive sales teams effectively.
4. Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
