We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled HR Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing general Human Resources-related tasks in a shared service environment supporting multiple countries around the globe.
In this role, you will provide professional administrative services to colleagues across a broad range of HR queries and processes. This includes support with transaction processing in Workday, inquiry resolution, assisting in payroll management, and delivering general customer service to Zoetis colleagues globally through multiple channels.
You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution of HR transactions, payroll delivery, and other administrative tasks. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will enable you to effectively resolve complex issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Process HR transactions in Workday, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle changes.
- Own and execute the talent acquisition operations process from posting through onboarding for assigned requisitions.
- Manage payroll delivery for assigned markets by partnering with payroll vendors to ensure timely and accurate execution each month.
- Document all cases in the case management application (ServiceNow).
- Evaluate client service issues and escalate them to the appropriate party as required.
- Leverage knowledge management solutions and SOPs to complete inquiries and transactions.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and compliance with state, federal, and/or country-specific laws and practices.
- Provide inputs on opportunities for process improvement and actively participate in projects aimed at enhancing the Zoetis Colleague Services knowledge base.
- Support change management programs, colleague engagement, and cultural initiatives.
- Develop a sound understanding of ZCS operations and Zoetis organizational structure.
- Work to meet expected service levels and business performance goals.
- A graduate degree or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant experience.
- MBA with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Good proficiency with HRMS tools such as Workday (preferred), PeopleSoft, SAP HR, SuccessFactors, or other equivalent systems.
- Prior experience in global payroll operations preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel.
- Proven experience in HR shared services with exposure to multi-national/global markets.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work with sensitive and/or confidential information.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Effective communication within the ZCS team, stakeholders, and broader colleague community.
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize workload and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
