Job Summary:

The Human Resources Operations Manager oversees the efficient execution of HR-related tasks and processes.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. HR Data Management: Manage complex HR transactions, resolve associate inquiries, process mass data changes, conduct audits and cleanups, monitor workflows, ensure data accuracy in HR systems, generate reports, support government survey compliance, and perform quality assurance on HR service transactions.
  2. Generalist Administration: Deliver comprehensive HR administrative support by managing general inquiries, escalating complex cases, maintaining document compliance, supporting HR audits, coordinating new hire inductions, preparing orientation materials, and providing note-taking assistance for associate relations meetings.
  3. Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee end-to-end employee offboarding and HR administrative processes, including managing leaver procedures, resolving complex recruitment queries, maintaining contract templates, auditing background check documentation and personnel files, and ensuring compliance with local storage requirements.
  4. Additional Support: Provide ad hoc support across various HR functions, including assisting HR Business Partners with annual appraisals and compensation processes, addressing payroll and benefits escalations, and contributing to other HR projects as needed.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in team management and HR operations, preferably in sizable organizations.
  • Knowledge of all-round HR functions & local labour laws.
  • Experience in insurance/financial industry is a plus.
  • Excellent research, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.
