Job Title: Medical Director

We are seeking a seasoned Medical Director to lead our hospital's administration team. As the head of administration, you will be responsible for setting objectives, recommending policies, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting short and long-term objectives for the team
  • Recommending policies that meet the needs of the hospital
  • Ensuring the hospital complies with local and state laws and regulations

You will also be responsible for developing operational strategies to ensure excellence and patient satisfaction. This includes:

  1. Developing resource strategies for profitability and cost control
  2. Having a preventive maintenance schedule of all equipment and physical assets
  3. Assisting in renovation/up gradation plans
  4. Updating organization structure to meet hospital needs

A successful candidate will have strong leadership and management skills, with experience in hospital administration. You will also need to have knowledge of medical compliances and regulations, as well as the ability to set and achieve goals.
