Job Overview

As a seasoned professional in real estate investments and asset management, you will be responsible for leading the evaluation, structuring, and execution of industrial park acquisitions across India.

You will analyze detailed financial models, feasibility studies, and scenario analyses to support investment decisions. Your expertise in designing optimal tax and capital structures will be crucial in coordinating with legal and financial advisors.

Key responsibilities include preparing investment memos, approval notes, and presentations for internal stakeholders and Investment Committee reviews. You will also manage due diligence processes, develop transaction term sheets in collaboration with cross-functional teams, and monitor asset performance to drive value creation.

A successful candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: CA, CFA, or MBA in Finance from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: 14+ years of relevant experience in real estate, investments, acquisitions, or asset management.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, take ownership of complex projects, and drive results aligned with organizational goals.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
  • Skilled in preparing and delivering high-impact presentations, with strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent time management skills and the ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.
