Industrial Acquisitions Lead

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in real estate and investments, with expertise in evaluating and structuring complex transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the evaluation and execution of industrial acquisitions across India, focusing on identifying opportunities for growth and maximizing returns.
  • Develop and analyze detailed financial models, feasibility studies, and scenario analyses to support investment decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design optimal tax and capital structures for new acquisitions.
  • Prepare investment memos, approval notes, and presentations for internal stakeholders and Investment Committee reviews.
  • Manage due diligence processes and develop transaction term sheets in collaboration with legal and financial advisors.
  • Monitor asset performance and oversee key asset management functions to drive value creation.
  • Provide regular progress reports and updates to fund investors on development and financial milestones.

Requirements:

  • Education: CA, CFA, or MBA in Finance from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: 14+ years of relevant experience in real estate, investments, acquisitions, or asset management.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, take ownership of complex projects, and drive results aligned with organizational goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to convey complex ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to develop insights, evaluate risks, and solve complex financial and operational problems.
