Lead Digital Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our digital acquisition initiatives.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will oversee the execution of digital acquisition projects and drive business growth through effective user journey design, video KYC integration, and project planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design intuitive user journeys for savings products, current accounts, fixed deposits, and other loan options.
  • Develop user-friendly DIY journeys in line with industry best practices.
  • Manage entire product lifecycles from ideation to go-live, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Promote acquisition, adoption, and growth of retail and corporate products through strategic engagement with marketing channels.
Requirements:
  • MBA in Marketing, Finance, or IT with equivalent experience.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in BFSI, specializing in building digital onboarding platforms.
  • Product Owner/Agile experience is an added advantage.
Certifications:
  • CSPO and SAFE certifications are desirable.
Skills:
  • Expertise in defining business requirements, leading workshops, and discovery sessions.
  • Leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams and executing agile delivery models.
  • Excellent written communication skills and proficiency in English language.
