Job Description:

Our organization is seeking a talented Digital Product Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of digital acquisition projects/initiatives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop user journeys for digital account opening processes.
  • Develop project plans for digital acquisition initiatives and ensure timely execution.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to promote DIY platforms for customer acquisition.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, or IT or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in BFSI, specifically in building digital onboarding platforms.
  • Experience as a Product Owner/Agile would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with digital product management, financial services, and retail/corporate banking.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
