Key Leadership Role:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
  • Overall accountability to internal and external stakeholders for specific engagements.
  • Managing claim personnel including hiring, training, performance assessment, planning, delegation of workload, coaching, and motivating.
  • Portfolio Strategy and Delivery:
  • Ensuring a deep understanding of the practice and portfolio objectives.
  • Driving strategy for assigned portfolios, providing regular updates, and tracking KPIs/Metrics.
  • Transformation and Innovation:
  • Leading transformation projects from operations, digital asset implementation, standard methodologies' framework, case studies, and benchmarking.
  • Customer Engagement and Relationship Building:
  • Engaging with customers to understand and address their pain points.
  • Mentorship and Leadership Development:
  • Providing direction and mentorship to the operations team for delivery of goals, promoting a learning culture, and building a solid team.
  • Risk Management and Proactivity:
  • Foreseeing risks, being proactive, and predictive while developing mitigation plans.
  • Business Growth and Development:
  • Building impactful customer relationships, improving Net Promoter Score, maintaining existing business, and driving revenue growth.

Mandatory Capabilities/Skills/Years of Experience:

  • Minimum 14 years of experience within the relevant domain and skill.
  • Experience managing complex service delivery, multi-group, multi-disciplinary projects, preferably in the L&A Domain, with extensive exposure to managing large teams.
  • Ability to define projects, execute within timelines, and deliver projects on time and to budget.
