Job Title:

SAP HCM Specialist

Job Description:

We seek a seasoned SAP HCM professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in the HCM module, including core HR, organizational management, time management, and payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support the SAP HCM module, ensuring seamless integration with business operations.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored HCM solutions.
  • Configure and customize SAP HCM modules to meet client needs.
  • Provide training and support to users as needed.
  • Travel within North India for project-related activities as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP HCM
  • End-to-end implementations for Indian projects and expertise in Payroll are advantageous
  • Good communication skills and client-facing abilities
  • Comfortable traveling in North India for project duration

Desirable Skills:

  • Strong technical knowledge of SAP HCM
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Language Skills:

  • Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory
