In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration.
As a Key Account Strategist, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions to address their challenges.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Understanding client needs, objectives, and challenges, and providing solutions to address them
- Ensuring client receives a high level of service and support
- Achieving revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ensuring effective communication and coordination to meet client needs
- Addressing and resolving client issues or concerns promptly
- Preparing and presenting regular reports on account performance, revenue, and customer satisfaction
We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in account management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality services to our clients.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Years of experience in key account management, client management, or a related role, preferably in a consultancy or similar industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
