We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic

Social Media Strategist and Engagement Manager

to take charge of our clients' social media accounts, keeping them trendy and engaging. The ideal candidate is creative, passionate about social media, and experienced in leveraging platforms like Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and more to drive organic engagement and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Keep client social media accounts active, trendy, and engaging.Collaborate with the content writer, videographer, influencer, and production teams for high-quality posts.Ensure timely posting across all platforms.Lead Generation and EngagementGenerate innovative ideas for organic engagement and lead generation.Build and maintain relationships with Page 3 and modern lifestyle communities.Retail and Campaign StrategyAnalyze campaign performance and deliver comprehensive reports.Recommend improvements for achieving set goals.Team CoordinationWork under pressure while meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.Presentation and Ideation

Key Skills Required:Proficiency in Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.Knowledge of working with influencers and understanding social trends.Strong internet surfing and research skills.Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.Creative, enthusiastic, and modern mindset with a focus on trends.Passionate about social media and digital marketing as a hobby, not just a job.

Preferred Personality:Trendy, modern, and enthusiastic.Page 3 follower with a strong understanding of the lifestyle space.Innovative thinker with the ability to adapt quickly.

Educational Requirements:No formal degree required. We value passion, creativity, and real-world experience over certifications.
