Job Overview

At Social Sherpa, we're seeking a talented Creative Brand Strategist to lead our social media efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing innovative social media strategies, planning captivating content campaigns, and ensuring seamless execution across platforms.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute your expertise in social media strategy and management. You'll work closely with clients to understand their objectives, develop tailored solutions, and execute effective content campaigns that drive engagement and results.

Main Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy Development:

• Create impactful social media strategies that meet client objectives and drive business growth.
• Analyze audience insights, trends, and platform algorithms to inform content decisions and optimize campaign performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and high-quality visuals.

2. Content Creation & Shoot Planning:

• Plan, execute, and oversee photoshoots and video production for social media and digital marketing initiatives.
• Work with photographers, videographers, influencers, and creative team members to bring content ideas to life and ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure brand consistency and high-quality visuals across all content assets.

3. Copywriting & Design Coordination:

• Write engaging copy that resonates with target audiences and drives desired actions.
• Coordinate with designers to create visually appealing and on-brand content that supports social media strategies.
• Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and KPIs.

4. Campaign Monitoring & Optimization:

• Track the performance of organic and paid social media campaigns, providing actionable insights for optimization.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Ensure all campaigns align with brand guidelines and KPIs.

5. Client Collaboration:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding social media strategies and campaigns.
• Present strategies, reports, and updates, incorporating client feedback into campaign execution.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in social media strategy and management.
- Proven ability to plan and execute shoots from ideation to delivery.
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms and tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
- Experience with paid ads (Meta, Instagram, etc.) is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.
