About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced multimedia content producer/director to oversee video projects from planning to final delivery.

This leadership role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders, managing on-ground shoots across various locations, and ensuring smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the production pipeline from planning to delivery.
  • Lead and coordinate the work of field cinematographers and in-house editors.
  • Plan, direct, and execute shoots at multiple campuses and institutions.
  • Coordinate scripts, shoot schedules, and crew management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for approvals, shoot requirements, and feedback.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of videos.
  • Adapt to diverse content formats, including interviews, documentaries, podcasts, and campus features.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in video production, direction, or creative project management.
  • Strong expertise in shoot planning, visual storytelling, and project timelines.
  • Ability to manage dynamic on-ground environments with lean teams.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills with both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel and autonomous decision-making in the field.
