About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Motion Graphic Designer to lead our visual content team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for marketing campaigns, social media, eLearning modules, and corporate communication.
- Design static creatives for digital and print media, including brochures, posters, infographics, banners, and social media posts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into compelling multimedia outputs.
- Edit and enhance video content with sound, transitions, and motion effects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Research and apply the latest trends in motion graphics, animation styles, and visual storytelling.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Motion Graphic Designer / Multimedia Designer.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong sense of visual aesthetics, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Portfolio showcasing both motion and static design work.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with 3D animation tools.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
- Familiarity with sound editing and basic audio design.
- Creative storytelling and script visualization ability.
