Creative Visual Content Specialist

The role of Graphic Designer involves creating engaging multimedia content for learning & development programs using various tools and technologies, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and more.
As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in building high-quality learning assets, graphics, gifs, etc., that enhance employee engagement and bring to life the learning asset, communication, or marketing material being created.
This position is ideal for an imaginative and innovative graphics designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building leading-edge learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Create multimedia content for learning & development programs
- Design and develop high-quality learning assets, graphics, gifs, etc.
- Evaluate results, feedback, and changing business needs to continuously improve assets.
- 5+ years of experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design with design software.
- Experience operating in large, multi-national corporations in a highly matrixed, complex structure.
- Knowledge of software / application / web development trends, graphic & video trends, regulations, and best practices are a plus.
